Demand Response Service for Randolph County

Country Roads Transit operates demand response service for Randolph County residents Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

A 24-hour advance reservation is required, and riders are asked to be ready at least 5 minutes in advance of their scheduled pick up time. Your friendly Country Roads Transit vehicle operator will be happy to assist you from your front door until you are safely inside the bus; they will also lend a hand to get you to the front door of your destination safely. All vehicles are wheelchair lift equipped and accessible to people with disabilities.

In addition to the regular Randolph County Demand Response service, Country Roads Transit makes prescheduled trips each month to destinations throughout the region, including Dailey, Harman, Helvetia, Pickens, Mill Creek, Valley Bend, Valley Head and the Medical Center at Morgantown.
